Harman’s Extra-Aged Cheddar, Aged Almost 5 Years
We had a lot of visitors this week and we cut extra vintage 2019 Cheddar so everyone could try a taste. Since we have a bit extra, we lowered the price to $18.00 and you may order it through Sunday night (or until we run out). This Cheddar must be shipped in April.
We have plenty of our vintage 2021 Cheddar on sale for $11.00 a pound. This Cheddar is almost 3-years aged.

New Hampshire’s Eclipse Experience
We had an exciting Eclipse with clear skies. I thought some of you might enjoy this NH Public Radio Video that was taken ot totatlity in northern NH: Video Link
In Sugar Hill, we didn’t have totality but the progression in this photo shows what we did see.
Mom (Maxine) and I watched from our front porch. The birds did roost when we got to the sliver of gold as it was getting dark. A minute or so later, the birds broke out in a chorus of song when that sliver of sunshine got larger and larger, it was like experiencing a 360 degree sunrise!
