Thursday is the Deadline for guaranteed Christmas Delivery
It’s already crunch time; please place your order by Thursday so we have time to pack and send for delivery before Christmas.
Yesterday we shipped over 200 packages and today we shipped out over 150. This week, we have shipped over 800 pounds of Cheddar. Tomorrow morning we are cutting and wrapping cheese first thing before we start doing packages.

Jen will be available tomorrow, Wednesday, to receive your phone calls. On Thursday, I’ll need to balance phone calls with the retail store and processing orders. If I can’t answer the phone, leave your name and the best phone number to call you back at. We’ll call you back (on Friday or Sunday) but since you made your call on Thursday, your order will go our for a Christmas Delivery.

On a sad note, Fox Country Smoke Househad a delivery delay so we are out-of-stock of all of his Smoked Cheeses. Bill smoked plenty of Harman’s Cheddar so we have our Smoked Cheddar available. He expects to re-stock us on Friday, Dec. 15th. If you wish Smoked Habanero, Smoked Pepper Jack, Smoked Gouda, Smoked Horseradish or Smoked Havarati Dill – please place your order by e-mail as you can’t order out-of-stock products from the webstore. We will ship those orders on Monday, Dec 18th to destinations in the Northeast, if you live outside of the Northest, you will need to choose UPS Air delivery to ensure Christmas Delivery.
Happenings at Harman’s
Through December 17th, our retail store is open 3 days a week: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 am to 4:30 pm. Monday thru Wednesday, we are here; but dedicated the store to shipping packages. You’ll also find some of the crew here for a few hours on Sundays as everyone wants packages to reach you for the holidays.
