During busy days at the store, we might not be able to answer the phones. Leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we are free for your order details. Please do NOT leave order details in a phone message.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
We process orders 1-3 days* from the date we received them. We do not process orders on weekends.
We ship by destination so the transit time is as short as possible during the warmer months. Mondays and Fridays are are most common days to ship packages.
*During Nov and Dec, processing will take longer than 3 days. You can check on our home page in the update box and see which orders we are working on each day.
Depending on the location in the USA, your package can be 1 to 10 days in transit using UPS, Priority Mail, or UPS Air services.
If you are shipping perishable cheese during the warmer summer months, please choose a delivery that will delivery the package within 4 days and if in transit more than 2 days, please choose to ship in insulation and cold packs.

Web-Store Order Processing
Your Order’s Progress & E-Mails (you might need to check spam for e-mails)
1. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail letting you know the order has gone through with payment.
2. Please check that e-mail for errors or changes and let us know immediately by e-mail if there are any.
3. Within 1-3 days*, you will receive a personal e-mail to let you know we processed the order and we will give you the estimated delivery date.
*During the holiday season (Nov-Dec) check our home page to see when we will be processing your order. We process orders by the dates they were received.
4. When the package is shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail from either UPS or Stamps.com with the tracking number.

Items Out-of-Stock or Discontinued.
- Our 2023 Cheddar Cheddar Cheese is now out-of-stock. We are shipping and selling in store our 2024 Cheddar which was made in May 2024 (in December, aged 19 months).
- Maxine’s Cheese Balls, we have lost our co-packer and we are looking for another.
- Harman’s Cocktail Cheese Spreads, we are discontinuing this product for the time being.
- Dried Soldier Beans, we are still looking for a supplier in the northeast.
- Indian Pudding, unfortunately Bar Harbor (Atlantic) has discontinued this product but we are trying to convince Wozz to take it on as a new product.
- Smoked Habanero Cheddar. Fox Country Smokehouse is currently unable to purchase Habanero Cheddar, although there is a possibility their supplier will have some in the future. We do have it available plain (not smoked).
