Best way to order by phone is to call and leave your phone number and let us call you back to take your order.  Please don’t leave the order as a phone message.
On Saturdays, we might be too busy to answer the phones.   Leave your name and number and we will call you back on Sunday afternoon or Monday for your order details.  

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Between January and Thanksgiving, orders are processed within 1-4  days of receiving your order.  We are unable to do same-day shippin

Depending on the location in the USA, your package can be 1 to 10 days in transit using UPS, Priority Mail, or UPS Air services.

Order Processing

As of Tuesday, Jan 16

Your Order’s Progress &  E-Mails (you might need to check spam for e-mails)

1.    Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail letting you know the order has gone through with payment.
2.    Please check the above e-mail for errors or changes and let us know immediately by e-mail if there are any.
3.    Within 1 to 4 days, you will receive a personal e-mail to let you know we processed the order and we will give you the estimated delivery date.
4.    When the package shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail from either UPS or Stamps.com with the tracking number.
