Please Note – Even though I’m a local, I take all my photos from the road and don’t go into the fields. I don’t want to disturb the young plants or mess up the blooms and I definitely don’t want to get ticks. Please save the view for others and respect private property.

July Lupines
July 15: Another late blooming Lupine
July 11: You can still find an occasional blooming lupine.

June 30: Even though most of the lupine are finished blooming, you'll find an occasional bloom here and there right through autumn.
June 30: Most of the lupine have finished blooming. The cycle continues: birds & small animals will eat and distribute seeds over our area for future blooms.

June 16: Please don't go in the lupines. You are trampling next year's flowers as lupines bloom in their 2nd year. You also have changed the view for all that visit after you.

June 20 - Still beautiful blooms in the area but lupine are starting to go to seed.

June 22: Route 117. The sun was too bright for a good photo but this photo gives you an idea. Lupine are gaining height as they start to go to seed, but there's still good color in the area.
June 24: I admire the tenacity of Lupine Flowers. The plant is knocked down but the flowers within a day, had stood up and aimed for the sky!
June 25: Lupines behind Harman's Cheese with the backdrop of a field of yellow buttercups.
June 25: Even though most of the lupine are now going to seed, you'll still find new blooms coming.

Even though field at Polly's is roped off with signage - this is the evidence of more than one person deciding that their view of the lupine is more important than leaving the view for the next one to enjoy.
