Garlic Cheddar Mini Beer Bread Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Halladay's Vermont Beer Bread Garlic Herb
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Fill small greased muffin cups ¾ of the way full.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until brown on top and crusty.
