Ginger Soy Infusion Sauce, Dressing and Marinade - A fusion of fresh hand chopped garlic and ginger marinated in Japanese dashi, rice wine vinegar, lemon and sweetened organic tamari. Finished with sesame seeds, it makes a delicious stir-fry sauce and dipping sauce for pot stickers, dumplings, wontons and egg rolls. Or try as a marinade for seafood, pork, steak and try this delicious recipe for a salmon glaze.
Serrano Cilantro Lime Hot Sauce - A fresh vibrant verde style hot sauce with medium chili heat (7/10). Fresh serrano chili peppers are simmered with fresh garlic, fresh chopped cilantro, onions, fresh lime juice, cider vinegar and spices. A delicious hot sauce for adding a kick to your morning egg scramble, egg sandwich or avocado toast. Drizzle over pizza or flatbreads for that tangy zingy green chili heat or add to your guacamole dip. Drizzle over tacos or nachos or enchiladas for a vibrant delicious kick.
Korean Raspberry Gochujang BBQ Sauce and Marinade - A sweet and savory spicy BBQ sauce infused with tart raspberries, toasted sesame. organic tamari, fresh garlic, ginger and umami rich gochujang chili. Grab this sauce when grilling Korean style BBQ chicken and steak tips, when stir frying fried rice and veggies, when glazing salmon and making pulled pork tacos. Heat level is about 4/5. Sweet Chili Orange Sesame Sauce - This is a sweet chili sauce with a twist of fresh orange and toasty sesame. It's sweet and spicy and an excellent dipping sauce for spring rolls, chicken, pot stickers and shrimp. We use this in many of our stir-fry dishes. North African Chermoula Sauce, Dressing and Marinade - A traditional Moroccan marinade for seafood, but it is much more! A bold fusion of fresh lemon and toasted spices including cumin, coriander, ginger, saffron and fresh cilantro. It packs a flavor punch when drizzled over roasted vegetables including cauliflower, roasted potatoes and eggplant, couscous and chickpea bowls, lentils, black beans and is wonderful as a marinade for Tofu. Packed with fresh healthy ingredients, superfood spices, vegan and low sugar (3 grams of sugar in 2 Tablespoons) with no lack in robust flavor! Cambodian Coconut Peanut Sauce - Warrick (aka Wozz) was inspired by a day out eating Cambodian street food. Made with USA sourced all natural peanut butter it adds a velvety creamy texture to the sauce. The peanut butter is then infused with coconut, chili, 100% lime juice and a medley of southeast Asian spices. The umami of shrimp paste and added turmeric spice contributes to the Cambodian flavor profile. This Asian style coconut peanut sauce is ideal for creamy peanut noodles, grilled chicken satay, shrimp stir fry and for dipping rice paper rolls and grilled shrimp skewers.
