Polly’s Pancake Parlor is a must-visit destination in Sugar Hill. They use only the best all-natural ingredients to make the lightest and fluffiest pancakes. Polly’s has been serving pancakes in our area since 1938 and folks come from all over to enjoy them. During the hectic days, you can wait 2 hours to get into the restaurant!
They have 7 delicious pancake batter mixes made with the best flours available. Just add eggs, milk, butter (or vegetable oil) and you’ll be enjoying great pancakes or waffles! Use the mix within 60 days (or put it in the freezer to keep it longer). Each package makes 12 to 16 medium sized pancakes.

Original (26 oz) made with: Unbleached Enriched White Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Oatmeal Buttermilk (24 oz) made with: Oatmeal, Stone-ground Wholewheat Flour, Powdered Buttermilk, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Cornmeal (24 oz): Similar to Johnny Cake. No added sugar. Stone Ground Organic Cornmeal, King Arthur Unbleached Flour, Baking Powder, Salt.
Wholewheat (26 oz) made with: Stone-ground Wholewheat Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Buckwheat (26 oz) made with: Stoneground Buckwheat Flour, Unbleached Enriched White Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Gingerbread (20 oz) made with: Unbleached White Flour, White Granulated Sugar, non-Aluminum Baking Powder, Salt, Ginger, Cinnamon.
Gluten-Free Cornmeal Rice (17 oz) made with: Stoneground Cornmeal, Rice Flour, Dried Buttermilk*,Baking Powder, and Salt.
