Crowley’s Cheese is close cousin of cheddar; a semi-firm raw milk cheese, with a distinctively smooth, creamy texture, and a sweet buttery taste. This cheese is made in small batches by hand with fresh, whole milk. No two batches will be exactly the same. No additives or preservatives and certified hormone free. Muffaletta is a unique cheese made using Karen’s Muffalletta: Manzanilla olives, garlic, and pimento, similar to the famous New Orleans recipe.
