Years back, I cooked a porkchop for my Dad using this marinade. Normally Dad didn’t like anything “fancy” done to his meats but he told me that whatever I did to the porkchops, that I could do it again. High praise for a delicious combination of Teriyaki and pure Maple Syrup. This thick sauce stays put when grilling or use it as a marinade. Try it on chicken, skirt steaks or with sautéed vegetables on a bed of rice.
Ingredients: Water, Brown Sugar, Teriyaki Sauce, Maple Syrup, Vinegar, Molasses, Canola Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Xanthan Gum.
