A few years ago, I put a few whole garlic cloves in my own dill pickles. I discovered that every clove of garlic was missing from the jar because folks were eating those first. The answer to that dilemma is to only have garlic in the pickle jar. I know it sounds crazy but they are delicious. I also enjoy chopping pickled garlic into my potato salad or egg salad.

Ingredients: Whole Garlic Cloves, Vinegar, Water, Dill Seed and Sea Salt.
