Crowley’s Cheese is close cousin of cheddar; a semi-firm raw milk cheese, with a distinctively smooth, creamy texture, and a sweet buttery taste. This cheese is made in small batches by hand with fresh, whole milk. No two batches will be exactly the same. No additives or preservatives and certified hormone free. Hot Pepper is a blend of crushed red pepper and cayenne, with more heat than the typical “pepper” cheese. With your first bite you might not taste the heat but in a few seconds you will receive the blast!
