Harman’s Really-Aged Cheddar is a natural, premium grade, white cheddar made in New York State especially for us and has been aged for more than 4 years.

Sold in one-pound blocks only.  Limit 2 lbs per customer.

This cheese will be shipped between now and Oct 6th.  

This cheese is not vacuum-sealed and should be used within 4-6 weeks of receiving the cheese.

This Cheddar is wrapped in saran and then in Kraft paper.

Description

Harman’s Really-Aged Cheddar is a natural, premium grade, white cheddar made in New York State especially for us and has been aged for more than 4 years.

On May 30 of 2017, in up-state New York, 28,585 pounds of wonderful cheddar cheese was made especially for us and while we have sold most of it, we have been aging a few blocks for some extra-extra aged flavor.

This Cheddar is wrapped in saran and then in Kraft paper.
It is NOT vacuum-sealed and should be eaten with 4 to 6 weeks.
