2021 Maple Syrup – Grade A: Very Dark

$31.50

Pure Grade A Maple Syrup is perfect for pancakes and waffles; but also delicious for topping ice cream, custards, and desserts. This all-natural sweetner adds flavor but does so with only about 40-50 calories per tablespoon. Maple Syrup also has minerals and vitamins, making it one of natures’s great energy foods! It’s the perfect ingredient for everything from baking bread to your stir fried vegetables!

Paul and Samantha make this syrup in the “old-fashioned” traditional way, that Paul learned from generations of his family.   They  gather buckets of sap and boiling the sap in a wood-fired evaporator (althought I’m sure sometimes, Paul wishes it was heated with oil or gas as it takes a LOT of wood)!

Grade A Very Dark Maple Syrup is an extremely dark amber Grade A syrup with a strong flavor.
This is an excellent syrup for cooking as it stands up well to other flavors.
