These pancakes are similar to a Johnny Cake. Polly's grinds the corn at their restaurant making the freshest flour to produce the best pancakes. Each package makes 12 to 16 medium sized pancakes, serving 8 people.
Ingredients: No added Sugar. Stone-ground organic cornmeal, King Arthur unbleached flour, baking powder and salt.

Use the mix within 60 days (or put it in the freezer to keep it longer). Each package makes 12 to 16 medium sized pancakes.

Original (26 oz) made with: Unbleached Enriched White Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Oatmeal Buttermilk (24 oz) made with: Oatmeal, Stone-ground Wholewheat Flour, Powdered Buttermilk, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Cornmeal (24 oz): Similar to Johnny Cake. No added sugar. Stone Ground Organic Cornmeal, King Arthur Unbleached Flour, Baking Powder, Salt.
Wholewheat (26 oz) made with: Stone-ground Wholewheat Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Buckwheat (26 oz) made with: Stoneground Buckwheat Flour, Unbleached Enriched White Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Gingerbread (20 oz) made with: Unbleached White Flour, White Granulated Sugar, non-Aluminum Baking Powder, Salt, Ginger, Cinnamon.
