
Maple Pecan Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs Green Beans
- 8 Oz Brown Mushrooms Sliced
- 2 Cups Red Onions Sliced
- 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 Tsp Fuller's Sugarhouse Pure Maple Syrup
- To Taste Salt Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a medium saucepan, cook onions and greens beans for 7 minutes.
- Then add mushrooms, salt, and pepper to taste, and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Remove from heat and mix in the cream of mushroom soup.
- In a small bowl, mix pecans and maple syrup.
- Grease a 10x10 baking dish and fill with bean and soup mixture.
- Garnish with the maple pecans and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
