Maple Pecan Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Lbs Green Beans
  • 8 Oz Brown Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2 Cups Red Onions Sliced
  • 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2 Tsp Fuller's Sugarhouse Pure Maple Syrup
  • To Taste Salt Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a medium saucepan, cook onions and greens beans for 7 minutes.
  • Then add mushrooms, salt, and pepper to taste, and cook for 5 minutes more.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the cream of mushroom soup.
  • In a small bowl, mix pecans and maple syrup.
  • Grease a 10x10 baking dish and fill with bean and soup mixture.
  • Garnish with the maple pecans and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
