Last Day for Mail-Order: Saturday, March 14th
This is the last week to order Harman’s Extra-Aged Cheddar: Vintage June 2016, aged over 9 years, or our Vintage May 2021, aged over 4 years. Our vintage May 2024, aged 22 months is on sale through March 14th.
Zelda’s Pepper Jellies are also on sale through March 14th. A dab of her pepper jelly on our Cheddar is delicious!
Wildflour Cafe also baked another batch of Cheese Balls using Harman’s Cheddar. We’ve discounted them by 15% so they are only $7.50.

Harman’s Schedule for March and April
It’s maintenance time at Harman’s Cheese and we will be closing for a few weeks.
Mail Order: Orders received by March 14th will be shipped out through March 16th. You may place orders after March 14th, but the order will be shipped after April 9th.
Sugar Hill Store Hours through Monday, March 23:
Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday from 9 am to 4:30 pm.
Open Sunday, 9 am to 3 pm
Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Harman’s Store will be Closed from March 24th through April 8th.
We’ll be doing a bit of maintenance and oiling the floors during this closure.
We plan to re-open on Thursday, April 9th, but we need to be flexible concerning our opening date. I, Brenda, also need some maintenance and am having heart surgery. Since I keep the books and write the paychecks, the employees like it if I’m around when we re-open the store. Watch our website and facebook page to see if there are any changes to our opening date.
On an added note, this year our break does not match Polly’s Pancake Parlor. They are currently open Thursday through Monday from 7 am to 2 pm. Their maintenance break will be in May.
March is Maple Month in New Hampshire
It’s Maple Season: Thanks to the warmer days that arrived this week and cool nights, the sap has started to run so the Sugarhouse are starting to boil.

The Fox Country Smokehouse also celebrates the weekend with tours, samples, and raffles. Harman’s Cheese will also be open for the weekend!
