Ingredients
  

Ingredients (filling):

  • 2 C. Huckins Farm Moist Salt Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 oz Huckins Farm original Yo-Cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 C. Huckins Farm yogurt flavored or plain
  • 1/4 C. melted butter
  • 1-1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/4 C. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 C. flour

Ingredients (crust):

  • 2 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbs melted butter
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/16 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Mix filling ingredients in a blender or in a bowl with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Pour into crust and bake for 1-1/2 hours.
  • Turn off oven and let cake sit inside until completely cooled (to prevent cracking.)
