Vintage 2016 and 2021 Cheddar is Available Now!
We are starting our annual Cheese Sale early!
The Vintage 2016 and 2021 Cheddars are now available to purchase. Unlike previous years, this year we have no purchase limits. I am hoping that we have enough to last through the length of sale. The sale will end on March 13th (Friday the 13th).
Again this year, Michael was the lucky person to cut into the older cheeses. His wrapper, Nancy, loved the flavors of both cheeses, as she likes her cheese sharp!
The 9-year old is a bit too sharp for Michael, Wanda and me. But for those of you that like sharp cheddar (like Nancy); you will love it. The vintage 2016 Harman’s Cheddar is crumbly with crystalized bits of crunch and has a tangy after bite. The price is $30.00 per pound.
The vintage 2021 Harman’s Cheddar (over 4 years of aging) is delicous, crumbly with crystalized bits and has a sharp flavor. The price is $20.00 per pound. If you are in our area, we do have samples of the 2021 Cheddar out for you to try.
Our vintage 2024 Harman’s Cheddar is on sale this month for $11.75 a pound. It is 21 months aged and has a delicious smooth flavor. Bring the cheese to room temperature to enjoy its full flavor.

Unique Moxie Mustard. Mustard made with New England’s own unique soda. I don’t drink Moxie (too strong for me) but I do like the flavor of this Mustard.
Maxine’s Cheese Balls and Jalapeno Cheese Straws are delicious appetizers or to snack on right out of the container.

March 21-22 is New Hampshire’s Maple Weekend. Many of the sugarhouses will be open to visitors with special events including The Sugar Hill Maple Farm Sugarhouse run by the Hunt Family.
March 21-22: Fox Country Smokehouse in Canterbury has an Open Doors Event that weekend with tastings, tours, and raffles! They’ll have plenty of Harman’s Smoked Cheddar out to sample along with their meats and other cheeses.
March 21-22: Maple Weekend at Fuller’s Sugarhouse in Jefferson. Great views of the White Mts, Educational Tour of the Sugarbush (the woods), Tour of the Sugarhouse, Sugar on Snow and Maple Syrup samples.
March 14-15, 21-22, 28: The Rocks Estate in Bethlehem offers The NH Maple Experiencewith tours, samples and more.
