    Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar, Vintage 2019

    Harman’s Really-Aged Cheddar is a natural, premium grade, white cheddar made in upstate New York for us in May 2019.  It has been aged for more than 2 years

    We offer our Cheddar in 3 sizes:
      1 pound block
          (Size of block is about 5x3.5x1.5 inches)
      2 pound block
      5 pound block

    This Cheddar is wrapped in heavy saran and then in Kraft paper. It is NOT vacuum-sealed but you have our unconditional 100% guarantee that with refrigeration this cheddar will keep for 4 weeks from the date of delivery.  If you keep it wrapped up tight it will often keep much longer.  

    From mid-November to mid-January, our cheese is wrapped in seasonal paper, perfect for giving as gifts.

    Remember, Harman's Aged Cheddar will have the fullest, tastiest flavor when it is at room temperature.

    Harman's Smoked Cheddar

    We take our own Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar to the Fox Country Smoke House in Canterbury, New Hampshire. They hickory smoke the Cheddar just enough to enhance the flavor without masking our cheddar's unique taste.  The Smoked Cheddar is from our Vintage 2019.  2 Years Aged.

    Fox Country Smokehouse Cheeses

    Bill at Fox Country Smokehouse smokes several cheeses including our own Harman's Cheddar.  He uses hickory smoking and we have some delicious choices for you.

    John Harman's Cheddar Cheese Cocktail Spreads

    Delightful Cheddar Cheese Cocktail Spreads, using John Harman's secret recipe. 

    Made with Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar, Sandeman Oporto Port Wine, and lightly spiced with Cayenne Pepper. We "spike" one spread  with Courvoisier Cognac and the other with Old Jamaica Rum. Serve at room temperature.

    Taylor Brothers' Cheeses

    Taylor Brothers Farm makes their cheese in small, 40 pound batches. They start by filling the processing tank with raw cow’s milk fresh from their milking parlor. Over the next 8 to 10 hours, they pasteurize the milk, add the appropriate enzymes and cultures depending on the variety of cheese, and pack and press the cheese curd into molds. They regularly turn the cheese to ensure proper drying, and sealed in vacuum packs.

    Smoked Habanero Cheddar Cheese

    Fox Country Smokehouse takes this Cheese with its hot bite of peppers and smokes it to enhance the flavor. Beware, this Smoked Habanero Cheddar Cheese has some heat.

    Cabot Hot Habanero Cheddar Cheese

    Cabot Creamery Cooperative's Vermont Cheddar with the bite of jalapeno peppers, taco seasoning, chili pepper, spices, garlic, onion, and habaneros. Beware, this Hot Habanero Cheddar Cheese has a little bit of heat.

    Grafton Village One-Year Aged Cheddar
