Distinctively Tasty Garlic Jellies made with New Hampshire grown organic garlic.  Don't be afraid of this jelly.  Try a dab on a bit of Harman's Cheddar Cheese, or in a sandwich, with your potatoes, or rub a roast or chicken with it.  Mix equal parts of the jelly with soy sauce and you have a delicious marinade.  The jellies are delightfully versatile; great fun and easy to use. We suggest that you try them as an uncommon hors d'oeurves and condiment, as on crackers with cream cheese. The jellies enhance the flavoring of any dish, meat or vegetable.

Naomi has been bringing these jellies to our Lupine and Autumn Open-Air Markets in Sugar Hill for several years now . . . and those that stop at her booth to taste the jellies are often surprised at the wonderful flavor.  We often have one of the jars out on the sample table in our store for you to try.

Apple Hill Farm makes their apple butters in small batches using apples grown in their New Hampshire orchard. The Apple Butter has been popular on our sample table all autumn so we are adding it to the products offered  to our Internet customers.  When I deliver cheese to the orchard, often they are cooking apple butter (or blueberry jams);  I wish I could share the aroma with you because it is wonderful.
